Bulguksa Temple (불국사)

A UNESCO World Heritage site founded in 751. The front courtyard of Daeungjeon Hall, where Seokgatap and Dabotap Pagodas stand facing each other, shows the essence of Korean Buddhist architecture. Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond (동궁과 월지)

A royal villa pond created in the 14th year of King Munmu of Silla (674), formerly known as Anapji. When the lights turn on at night, the reflection of the pavilions on the water creates a highlight, making it the best night view spot in Gyeongju. It is also where many Silla artifacts were excavated.

Cafe Seolwol (카페 설월)

A representative Hanok cafe on Hwangridan-gil, famous for its signature tart modeled after the Daereungwon ancient tombs. The interior decorated with Silla-inspired props and the view of the tombs seen over the Hanok roofs harmonize perfectly, making it a great place for a relaxing tea time.

Hwangnam Bread Main Store (황남빵 본점)

A bakery that is synonymous with Gyeongju, founded in 1939 and carrying on an 87-year tradition. The comb-patterned bread with domestic red bean paste wrapped in a thin crust was selected as the official dessert for the Gyeongju Expo and APEC. It is so popular that thousands are sold daily, and it is a favorite for gifts.

Yoseokgung 1779 (요석궁1779)

Located on the site where Princess Yoseok of Silla used to live, you can taste traditional Hanjeongsik (Korean full-course meal) passed down through 12 generations of the Gyeongju Choi family. Thanks to the elegant table setting of the Choi family, famous for their Noblesse Oblige, it is particularly suitable for premium group dining attended by international VIPs.

Hwangridan-gil (황리단길)

The hottest spot in Gyeongju, lined with Hanok cafes, accessory shops, and flea markets along the Daereungwon stone wall path. You can take unique photos with Silla tombs in the background. It has become so famous that it often ranks #1 in navigation destination searches, drawing a continuous stream of young visitors.

Daereungwon Ancient Tombs (대릉원)

An ancient tomb park where 23 tombs of Silla royalty and nobility are clustered. Among them, Cheonmachong is open to the public, allowing visitors to see reproductions of excavated artifacts like gold crowns and the 'Cheonmado' (Heavenly Horse Painting), as well as the tomb's construction structure. In the evening, subtle lights illuminate the tombs, making it a popular night view spot. Its location near the main gate is close to Bonghwangdae and Hwangridan-gil, making it easy to plan walking routes.

Gyeongju World (경주월드)
